Whilst the building was being constructed under tightly controlled factory conditions in Wellingborough, the ground workers were preparing the site at the same time

The Jet Ski Centre was built in four sections and consisted of:

an office jet ski shop coffee shop toilets and showers ladies and gentlemens changing rooms kitchen store container/workshop

Just weeks later the 'modules' were transported to the site in sections where a crane was in position ready to lower them onto the foundations. A short time later all was in place and ready for the siting team to add the finishing touches, in the instance the building has a Log Clad finish to all external elevations.

The owners, staff and visitors to the newly opened Jet Ski Centre were all highly impressed with the quality and high standard of the new building.
